Cellnet appoints Peter Petrides as sales general manager

Peter Petrides has joined the company as sales general manager.

"It is an absolute pleasure to welcome Peter Petrides to the senior management team at Cellnet," Cellnet chief executive Dave Clark says in a LinkedIn post.

"Peter's long-standing familiarity with our business and industry experience across gaming, CE and telco will be immensely valuable across the wider organisation in this next phase of our journey. Exciting times ahead!"

Cellnet was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 1999 and now has a staff of over 70 throughout ANZ.

The company sources products and represents brands of lifestyle technology such as mobile accessories and gaming products, as well as retail, business, and online channels.

Cellnet extended into the gaming market in 2018 with the acquisition of Turn Left Distribution.

The company subsequently acquired Performance Distribution in 2020 to grow its digital capabilities.
