Eagle Eye reshapes APAC leadership to boost USD $10 million growth
Eagle Eye has announced a series of executive appointments and restructure in its Asia-Pacific organisation as it pursues further expansion in the region. The company has named Caitlin Stephens as Chief of Staff for APAC and Aaron Crowe as Head of Revenue for APAC. In addition, Jonathan Reeve moves from his previous position as Vice President for APAC to become Regional Sales Director for Australia and New Zealand.
Leadership changes
Stephens will oversee regional operations, while Crowe is set to focus on business development and revenue growth. The changes are intended to help drive the company's ambitions in the Asia-Pacific region, where it reports revenue now exceeding USD $10 million.
Reeve's new role allows him to concentrate specifically on opportunities within Australia and New Zealand. The company works with prominent brands in the market, with an active pipeline of prospective business.
Growth strategy
The reorganisation reflects Eagle Eye's ongoing growth across Asia Pacific, which includes recent contracts with Central Group and Metro in Southeast Asia, and Transurban, Viva Energy, and Z Energy in Australia and New Zealand. Eagle Eye also delivers loyalty programmes for major players such as Endeavour Group and Woolworths Group.
"There's a massive opportunity in Australia and New Zealand. The clients we work with are doing very well and are seen as the pioneering leaders, so we're seeing strong interest in our platform," said Reeve, Regional Sales Director, Australia and New Zealand, Eagle Eye.
Reeve sees the new structure as a way to capitalise on increasing digital transformation projects. He noted that the company's local team provides an element of continuity for existing and prospective clients because of their experience in delivering large-scale loyalty programmes.
"The team are loyal to the business, and that helps us a lot as we're looking to bring on new clients because clients know they're going to be working with experienced professionals who know what they're doing," said Reeve.
Regional investments
Eagle Eye has invested in growing its team across the APAC region, including new hires in Singapore and Thailand. This adds to its on-the-ground presence and supports the increasing demand for its services.
Recent product introductions include Smart Rewards, a customer engagement solution focused on real-time loyalty processing. The product claims to handle complex loyalty calculations in under 150 milliseconds, aiming to address requirements from retail and loyalty customers in the region.
AI focus
The company reports that AI technologies underpin much of its product development, with rising interest from clients in personalised marketing capabilities. Eagle Eye has developed its AI propositions over several years, working globally with brands such as Carrefour and Tesco. The business expects demand for real-time personalisation in loyalty programmes to grow further.
Executive perspectives
Stephens highlighted the role of the team and partner support to build Eagle Eye's regional offering. "Together we have built a truly market-leading offering that's transforming how brands engage with their customers," said Caitlin Stephens, Chief of Staff, APAC, Eagle Eye. "With the expertise of our people, clients and the support of Jonathan, Aaron and the wider business, I'm excited for what's ahead as we take Eagle Eye's growth in APAC to the next level."
For Crowe, the new role reflects the company's strategic intent in the region. "On a personal level, it's a wonderful opportunity, but more importantly, it represents our Eagle Eye's deep commitment to the APAC market," said Aaron Crowe, Head of Revenue, APAC, Eagle Eye. "I'm excited to empower our talented local teams and strengthen our partnerships, implementing our organic and inorganic plans, to deliver on this next phase of growth in the region."
