Infios named Gartner Customers' Choice for warehouse systems
Wed, 7th Oct 2026 (Today)
Infios has been named a Gartner Peer Insights Customers' Choice in the 2026 Voice of the Customer for Warehouse Management Systems, the third time it has received the distinction.
The recognition places Infios in the upper-right Customers' Choice quadrant of the Gartner Peer Insights report for warehouse management systems, based on customer review scores that met or exceeded the market average on both measured axes.
During the 18-month consideration period ending July 31, customers gave Infios an average rating of 4.6 out of 5 across 31 reviews. Reviewers also recorded a 93% willingness to recommend.
Previously known as Körber Supply Chain Software, Infios was also recognised as a Customers' Choice in 2023 and 2025. Earlier this year, it was named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Warehouse Management Systems for the eighth consecutive year.
The Voice of the Customer report compiles user reviews from Gartner Peer Insights as a source of information for IT decision-makers assessing software suppliers. The assessment is based on direct user feedback on product implementation and operation.
Customer ratings
The latest recognition adds to Infios' profile in warehouse software, where buyers often weigh operational reliability, implementation experience and long-term support as heavily as product features.
Warehouse management systems sit at the centre of distribution operations, handling stock movement, labour allocation and order fulfilment. Suppliers in this market are under pressure to show that their software can respond to changing operating conditions while remaining usable for warehouse teams.
Richard Stewart, Chief Growth Officer at Infios, said the company's approach has focused on how quickly warehouse systems can adapt to operational change.
"Customers keep telling us the same thing: they need a WMS that adapts as fast as their operations do," Stewart said.
"That's the thinking behind embedding Infios AI directly into the warehouse-sensing disruption, weighing the trade-offs and helping teams act on it in real time. In our opinion, this recognition as a Customers' Choice tells us that approach is landing where it matters most: in the day-to-day experience of running a warehouse."
Market position
Infios describes itself as a supplier of supply chain execution software covering order, warehouse and transportation management. It says it serves more than 5,000 customers across 70 countries.
The company is a joint venture between Körber and KKR. Its current branding reflects a broader identity beyond its earlier warehouse software business under the Körber Supply Chain Software name.
Its warehouse management business is part of a wider market that has drawn sustained investment as retailers, manufacturers and logistics groups seek tighter control over fulfilment operations. Demand has also been shaped by labour shortages, rising service expectations and the need to manage disruption across distribution networks.
Customer review-based rankings such as Gartner Peer Insights have become one of several inputs buyers use to compare software providers. While analyst reports remain widely cited in procurement processes, peer review platforms offer a separate view based on user experience after deployment.
For software groups in warehouse operations, those assessments can influence both new sales and renewal discussions, particularly when buyers want evidence from existing users in similar operational settings. In that context, review volume, recommendation rates and rating consistency often carry weight alongside analyst placement and reference accounts.
Infios' 31 reviews and 93% willingness to recommend gave it the scores needed for inclusion in the Customers' Choice quadrant for warehouse management systems.
