JLL unveils AI-driven JLL Azara for real estate insights

Today

JLL has announced the introduction of JLL Azara, an AI-based application designed to revolutionise how business leaders interact with data related to corporate real estate and facilities management.

The application harnesses JLL Falcon, JLL's AI platform, to provide industry experts with substantial proprietary data, enabling timely insights that can generate revenue and achieve cost efficiencies. JLL Azara focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights using an interface that offers real-time insights tailored to individual and evolving requirements.

"JLL Azara transforms complex data into actionable insights, allowing us to solve business challenges with unprecedented speed and flexibility to deliver customised insights for clients," said Neil Murray, JLL CEO, Work Dynamics.

The platform is equipped to address diverse questions posed by JLL clients, including those concerning performance management and facilities management across various industry sectors. By employing natural language queries, users can explore areas such as portfolio optimisation, occupancy planning, budgeting for capital improvement projects, and the performance of service providers.

"We're thrilled to bring new, innovative AI solutions to our clients to help them stay ahead in a competitive environment," said Sharad Rastogi, JLL CEO, Work Dynamics Technology. "With JLL Azara, we're able to put valuable data, decades of client queries and deep industry knowledge directly into the hands of our customers."

In its pilot phase with a global technology company, JLL Azara demonstrated significant improvements by providing targeted insights into workplace challenges. One instance highlighted its utility in identifying a no-fault work order volume anomaly, which prompted quicker corrective measures. The application guides users through the query process, ensuring data accuracy and completeness before running analyses, while adapting to provide personalised, relevant insights.

JLL Falcon also powers other AI tools, such as JLL GPT, claimed to be the first generative AI assistant specifically developed for the corporate real estate industry. This tool is reportedly being rapidly adopted by JLL employees to address over 200,000 prompts weekly.

"We're building solutions that equip our clients with better, faster and more reliable data insights through innovative AI-driven technology," said Yao Morin, JLL Global Chief Technology Officer. "JLL Azara is the latest addition to a growing portfolio of products powered by JLL Falcon and is only the beginning of what we hope to accomplish."

JLL's utilisation of AI is shaped by those who construct, invest, manage, and operate in the real estate space. With eyes set on future growth, the company continues to build upon its 25-year history as a publicly listed firm, aiming to expand through its AI and technology strategies.
