Mon, 8th Sep 2025

Kore.ai has been named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Conversational AI Platforms.

The Gartner report highlighted Kore.ai's platform for its breadth of features and adaptability in the evolving market for enterprise artificial intelligence, specifically calling out its "Completeness of Vision" and giving Kore.ai the highest rating for "Ability to Execute." Kore.ai was recognised in particular for its GenAI enablement, conversational AI agent process management, scalable business model and significant investment in staff development.

Gartner's analysis noted Kore.ai's strong performance in core conversational AI use cases, including employee self-service, orchestration of multiple AI applications and agents, and customer self-service automation. The report specifically cited the Kore.ai Agent Platform, which allows enterprises to build conversational AI and multi-agent systems for service, work and process automation across a variety of functions and business units.

The report observed that Kore.ai has tripled its workforce since 2021 in order to sustain innovation, blending technology upgrades with operational restructuring to support continued enterprise adoption and use of conversational AI tools.

Leadership perspectives

"We believe this recognition as a Leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant validates our comprehensive approach to conversational AI, multiagent orchestration, and generative AI enablement that enables enterprises reimagine business operations with AI," said Raj Koneru, Founder and CEO of Kore.ai. "Our Agent Platform enables organisations to build and scale sophisticated multi-agent conversational AI applications and workflows that drive real business outcomes across service, work, and process automation."

According to the Gartner evaluation, a particular strength of Kore.ai's approach is the company's business model, which is focused on tiered licensing and usage fees. The report noted an absence of overreliance on professional services for revenue, which the authors identified as a positive differentiator in the market. Kore.ai's efforts in partner enablement and leadership updates were also mentioned, as was the company's focus on structured employee development initiatives and learning resources.

"What sets our platform apart is the full spectrum of development options we provide – from no-code solutions for business users to pro-code capabilities for developers," said Prasanna Arikala, CTO and Head of Product at Kore.ai. "Combined with our native DialogueGPT model, multi-agent orchestration capabilities, an AI marketplace, and robust AI governance tools, we're enabling enterprises to deploy AI agents safely and effectively at scale across their entire organisation."

Platform features

Kore.ai's platform is built to support a range of large language models (LLMs), including its native XO GPT, third-party and open-source LLMs. Enterprises can make use of dedicated features for LLM fine-tuning, lifecycle management, and safety guardrails. Other platform capabilities include process planning with both autonomous and semi-autonomous options, multi-channel integration, and workflow building through a drag-and-drop interface.

The company has also been recognised recently in the Gartner Emerging Market Quadrants for Generative AI Engineering and Productivity Tools. Strategic partnerships with Microsoft, AWS and Inception (a G42 Company) have supported Kore.ai's efforts to expand enterprise AI adoption internationally, including in financial services, healthcare, retail, high technology and media sectors.
