Medallia appoints Ben Brewer as new Chief Revenue Officer

Medallia, a leader in customer and employee experience, has announced the appointment of Ben Brewer as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Brewer brings a wealth of skill and expertise to his role, having previously held high-ranking positions at prominent technology firms such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Nintex, and SAP Concur.

Brewer's prior role was Chief Sales Officer at Cornerstone OnDemand, where he delivered significant growth for the company, aiding clients across all regions and sectors in utilising Cornerstone's cloud-based technology to better engage with their customers and partners. This experience aligns seamlessly with Medallia's emphasis on enhancing customer and employee experiences.

The solutions, named Ask Athena, Intelligent Summaries, Smart Response, and Themes, promise to democratise insights, mobilise staff members, and tailor experiences through the smart, ethical, and economic application of AI and intelligent automation. These solutions will soon be accessible to Medallia customers via the Medallia Experience Cloud.
