Medallia unveils Fabrice Martin as new Chief Product Officer

Medallia has announced the appointment of Fabrice Martin as its new Chief Product Officer.

With over 30 years of leading industry experience, Martin has occupied significant roles in the customer experience sector, including positions at Qualtrics and Clarabridge as Chief Product Officer. Most recently, he served at Eptura, a global worktech platform catering to Fortune 500 companies, where he further developed his expertise in product management and SaaS.

Medallia has a history of developing and offering enterprise-grade artificial intelligence capabilities since the launch of its AI-powered Text Analytics in 2008. This includes a suite of features such as speech analytics, speech-to-text, AI-powered automations, and experience orchestration. The company is also developing new generative AI solutions with built-in enterprise-grade controls designed to service global brands efficiently.
