Merge Technologies acquires VC Systems to expand in Brisbane

Merge Technologies has announced its acquisition of VC Systems, a provider of audio-visual services and solutions, establishing a significant presence in Brisbane.

The acquisition is viewed as a critical step in reinforcing Merge Technologies' market reach across Australia, with a particular focus on expanding into the Brisbane market, recognised for its growing business and innovation sectors.
