Monday.com appoints Harris Beber as new Chief Marketing Officer

Monday.com has appointed Harris Beber as its Chief Marketing Officer, who will lead the company's global marketing organisation from its office in New York.

The company announced that Beber will assume his new role on 3 July 2025, reporting to co-founders and co-Chief Executive Officers Roy Mann and Eran Zinman. Beber takes on responsibility for all aspects of Monday.com's marketing strategy, including brand, performance, demand generation, and communications.

Harris Beber brings over 20 years of marketing leadership experience to the role, with prior positions at Google, Waze, Vimeo, The Nature's Bounty, Amazon, and Shutterfly. Most recently, he led global marketing for Google Workspace, where he played a role in launching, monetising, and driving the adoption of artificial intelligence enhancements across the product suite.

During his time as Chief Marketing Officer at Waze, Beber expanded the company's marketing operations globally and participated in the integration of Waze across Google's Geo portfolio. At Vimeo, also in the Chief Marketing Officer position, Beber helped take the company public, triple its user base, and grow revenue by 400 percent.

Monday.com stated that Beber will lead the company's continued push to evolve its marketing approach, shifting from traditional B2B strategies towards more creative and human-centred storytelling that aligns with its expansion and growth objectives. The company currently serves around 245,000 customers globally with its work management software platform.

Monday.com cited Beber's experience at high-profile technology firms, where he has worked across both consumer and business markets, as a key factor in his selection for the position. His approach to marketing combines data-driven strategies with an understanding of customer needs and an ability to scale marketing for different audience segments.

The appointment comes as Monday.com seeks to increase its market presence and extend the reach of its work management solutions into new regions and industries. The company emphasised the strategic move as part of its broader ambition to facilitate more collaborative and efficient work environments for businesses across diverse sectors.

Beber will be based in New York and tasked with overseeing Monday.com's marketing team across multiple international markets as the business continues to expand.
