Nintex acquires discovery innovator and RPA company Kryon

Nintex has announced the acquisition of Kryon, a process discovery innovator and robotic process automation (RPA) company, to further extend the intelligent process automation (IPA) capabilities of the Nintex Process Platform.

He says today, more than 10,000 organisations worldwide leverage the capabilities of the Nintex Process Platform for their process intelligence, automation and optimisation needs. Rapidly solving enterprise-wide process problems by delivering modern digital business and automated solutions that help them better serve customers and retain and recruit talent.

Kryon serves Fortune 500 companies across financial services, insurance and telecommunications, including AIG, Verizon, LTCG, and CP. All use the company's RPA technology, process discovery, and RPA-as-a-Service solutions to understand and improve their operations.

Kryon is Nintex's first acquisition under its new majority investor TPG and its third acquisition in 16 months. Nintex acquired K2 Software in October 2020 to strengthen its digital process automation (DPA) capabilities and AssureSign in June 2021 to bring native eSignatures to its platform, now marketed as Nintex AssureSign.
