Nintex appoints Mini Peiris as new Chief Marketing Officer
Wed, 4th Oct 2023

Nintex, a global frontrunner in process intelligence and automation, has announced the recruitment of Mini Peiris as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Mini Peiris brings a wealth of experience in B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) marketing, having previously led global marketing teams through significant periods of growth and transformation. She has held executive roles at several high-profile companies, including NetSuite (now part of Oracle), Ambra Health (now part of Intelerad), Elementum, and most recently, Doma.

As the newly appointed CMO, Mini will take the helm in shaping and executing Nintex's worldwide go-to-market strategy. Her role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities from driving brand awareness and demand generation to fostering partner and customer engagement. Notably, she will also contribute to bolstering the company's standing as an industry leader in solutions for process intelligence and automation, especially those powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Nintex CEO, Amit Mathradas, expressed his enthusiasm for the appointment: "We are thrilled to welcome top-tier talent like Mini to our executive leadership team. She joins us at a transformational moment for Nintex. We are all focused on building the best product and processes for our customers around the world, and we know that our global marketing team will be critical to raise awareness and demand for Nintex solutions. Mini’s experience perfectly aligns with this stage of growth for Nintex.”

In her remarks, Mini Peiris outlined the significant opportunities that lie ahead for Nintex, especially given the emerging landscape of intelligent automation for mid-market businesses. "Nintex has an opportunity to really shape the future of intelligent automation for mid-market businesses," says Peiris. "Nintex solutions are trusted worldwide, and with the power that AI adds to the platform, we have a unique opportunity to enable customers and partners of all sizes to orchestrate critical processes that can be deployed anywhere quickly. This moment for Nintex is so important and exciting, and I look forward to the journey ahead of us.”

The appointment comes at a crucial juncture for Nintex, which is keen on capitalising on the potential of AI in enhancing its already robust platform. As businesses increasingly seek to adopt intelligent automation solutions, the experience and insight that Mini Peiris brings to the table could prove instrumental in consolidating Nintex's market position. Both the company and its new CMO are evidently optimistic about their collaborative future, a partnership that aims to set new standards in process intelligence and automation.
