NP Digital Australia reports record H1 2025 with AI investment
NP Digital Australia has reported a record first half of 2025, adding eight new clients and advancing its investment in AI, analytics, and creative capabilities.
The agency, under the leadership of Managing Director Guy Jarvie, has secured new business from a variety of sectors, expanding its presence across the Australian performance marketing landscape. The client additions are significant, featuring names such as global security company Gallagher Security, the national health group Family Doctor, global trade supplier Soudal Australia, VR gaming company Zero Latency, and luxury retailers Henry Bucks and City Hatters.
Client wins
Most of the new clients have retained NP Digital for broad, multi-channel services, encompassing SEO, paid media, and content strategies. These engagements are aimed at delivering integrated digital solutions to support diverse business objectives.
"These wins reflect a decisive shift in what brands expect from their agency partners," said Guy Jarvie, Managing Director of NP Digital Australia & New Zealand. "Businesses are looking for clarity, commercial focus, and cohesion especially in an increasingly complex digital landscape. That shift plays directly to our strengths."
Comparing year-on-year performance, NP Digital's results for the first half of 2025 have surpassed the same period in 2024, with higher average deal values and expanded multi-service agreements spanning multiple global markets.
Operational progress
The agency credits its recent momentum to several operational changes. Agile team structuring has allowed for more efficient cross-channel optimisation. Enhanced leadership collaboration is described as supporting quicker decision-making, which has attracted experienced staff to the team. In addition, closer coordination with colleagues in other global regions and a deliberate focus on future-oriented AI applications were noted as key contributors.
Jarvie's approach also emphasises a simplified marketing philosophy, combining paid and organic search, AI optimisation, creative, and content strategy within a unified framework. The goal is to streamline processes and improve outcomes for clients seeking performance-based marketing solutions.
Long-term engagement
NP Digital's new clients are already seeing benefits from this approach. Anna Hampton, Strategic Programs Director for Zero Latency, commented: "We chose NP Digital because they understood our business and didn't come to us with cookie-cutter solutions. Their ability to think strategically while delivering quickly across channels has already made a strong impression."
As demand increases, the agency is increasing its headcount, especially in areas such as SEO, marketing automation, and creative strategy. Investments are also being directed into analytics, AI-powered reporting, and conversion rate optimisation, enabling NP Digital to broaden its performance marketing offering.
Sector focus
The expansion is concentrated in sectors showing the most growth, including healthcare, fintech, consumer technology, and values-based retail. NP Digital is looking to help brands operating in these industries combine business insight with speed and transparency in their digital marketing efforts.
Advanced AI is playing a role in the agency's ongoing work. NP Digital is developing customised strategies using AI for predictive targeting, content automation, and improving media efficiency. The agency continues to use a combination of proprietary systems and externally developed AI tools, with the aim of providing faster and more informed decision-making for clients.
NP Digital Australia's activity in the first half of 2025 demonstrates a commitment to developing new digital capabilities and cultivating client relationships across a range of industry sectors.
