FYI, this story is more than a year old

Adam Paton has been appointed as Vice President of Sales for Australia and New Zealand, a hire that marks an important milestone in the company's continued global expansion.

Based at PCI Pal's new Australian HQ in Sydney, Paton joins the team having worked in the contact centre security industry as a strategic account director, where he supported large enterprise customers in achieving compliance and maintaining critical sources of revenue generation, with 12 years prior to this spent at co-location provider Equinix, where he supported customers from the financial services and global banking sectors.

Paton will be focused on increasing market reach in the region responsible for driving sales success with partners and overseeing and executing PCI Pal's direct sales function. He reports to PCI Pal's Chief Revenue Officer, Darren Gill, and will be working with PCI Pal's new team in Australia, including sales support and engineering and operations functions.

"We're extremely excited to establish our Australian business, covering the ANZ region," PCI Pal CEO James Barham says.

"Our new team combines existing specific knowledge of our marketplace, as well as extensive business communications and B2B software sales to allow them to hit the ground running."
