Progility Technologies has announced significant changes to its leadership team to support the company's growth and operational excellence initiatives. The company has appointed David Gilmour as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Megan Hossack as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), and Kerry Mitropoulos as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately.
David Gilmour, a seasoned professional with extensive experience across various industries, assumes the role of CEO. His career began with nearly 15 years in strategy consulting, first at McKinsey & Company and later as a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He subsequently spent 13 years managing businesses, including an eight-year tenure as CEO and co-owner of Ansett Aviation Training. More recently, Gilmour served as Managing Partner of Strategy & Customer Consulting Oceania at Ernst & Young before founding his own firm, Gilmour & Associates.
"Having served as Co-Executive Chairman of Progility for the last four and a half years, I am excited to take on the role of CEO and work more closely with our team to drive our strategic objectives forward," said Gilmour. Megan Hossack, who has more than 22 years of experience in executive roles, will serve as the new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Hossack has played a pivotal role in Progility's leadership over the past five years, overseeing significant growth and transformation. She has a background in driving organisational change and improving governance across various industries.

Kerry Mitropoulos steps in as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO). With over 30 years of global experience in telecommunications, Mitropoulos has managed complex deployment and technical management projects. His previous roles at companies such as Telstra, Nortel Networks, and NBN have equipped him with extensive industry knowledge that will be advantageous for Progility's focus on operational excellence and customer-centricity.
