Pureprofile offers clients free AI translation & coding tools
Pureprofile has announced that it is making two of its artificial intelligence tools, Translations and AI Coding, available at no cost for clients through its Pureprofile Hub platform.
The company stated that its decision to provide these tools free aims to foster greater collaboration and support innovation across the wider insights industry. According to Pureprofile, clients will be able to generate data-driven insights more rapidly and without additional costs, eliminating the need for external translation vendors, supplementary software or intensive manual workflows.
Translation tool
AI Translations is designed to allow clients to translate survey questionnaires, verbatim responses and business materials quickly and accurately within their organisations. Pureprofile reports that the tool was developed with a research-focused approach, enabling effective content translation and back-translation, which is often needed for projects running in multiple regions.
In addition to survey-related content, the translation tool can also be used for marketing, social, legal and other documents, which may help teams optimise workflows and manage costs more effectively.
Coding and sentiment analysis
AI Coding addresses the challenges associated with processing and analysing open-text responses. Traditionally, this kind of data has required extensive time and manual effort to categorise and interpret. Powered by natural language processing models and generative AI, the tool automates the categorisation of open-ended answers, offering options to upload either pre-defined codeframes or let the tool generate new codeframes. Sentiment analysis is also available through the tool.
Pureprofile noted that analysis which previously took significant effort can now be completed in a matter of minutes, providing actionable insights to clients more efficiently.
Access and security
Users can access the free tools via the Pureprofile Hub, which functions as a secure and centralised platform. Each client receives their own login, and guidance material such as quick-start instructions and frequently asked questions will be supplied.
"At Pureprofile, we believe innovation is most powerful when shared. We see our AI tools as enablers of collaboration, and by sharing them with our clients, we ensure that innovation serves not just individual goals but the shared success of the data and insights industry. These tools will help our clients unlock the power of their data and gain relevant and accurate insights."
This statement was made by Niamh Fitzpatrick, Chief Product Officer at Pureprofile, underlining the company's focus on shared value rather than exclusive advantage through proprietary solutions.
Data privacy focus
Pureprofile has indicated that data privacy is a central consideration in the development and deployment of its AI offerings. The company states that all client data submitted to its tools will remain the property of the client and will be processed in line with relevant data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The company clarified that enterprise AI models are operated within a secure, private tenant environment and that client data will not be shared externally or used for training external AI systems.
Future plans
Pureprofile indicated that additional proprietary AI tools will be made available to clients over the coming months. No further details have been provided on the nature of these upcoming tools or the timeline for their release.
The company is headquartered in Surry Hills, Australia and operates in North America, Europe and APAC, providing online research solutions to a variety of sectors, including agencies, marketers, researchers and brands.
