RingCentral leads in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications for ninth year

RingCentral, the prominent provider of AI-first global enterprise cloud communications, video meetings, collaboration, and contact centre solutions, has once again been recognised as a Leader in the 2023 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Worldwide report. This announcement marks the ninth consecutive year that RingCentral has been named in the Leaders quadrant.

The ever-evolving enterprise communications market, particularly driven by advancements in AI, has seen RingCentral constantly innovate within various industries and job functions. With over 400,000 business customers globally, RingCentral has moved with market demand, delivering AI-first solutions across its product portfolio. 2023 saw the introduction of its AI platform, RingSense, principally targeting revenue-generating teams with its preliminary solution in the market, RingSense for Sales. Other introductions have included RingCentral's native, AI-first contact centre, RingCX, and RingCentral Events, a comprehensive solution for virtual, onsite, and hybrid events.

Complimenting the Magic Quadrant report, the 2023 Gartner Critical Capabilities for UCaaS report reveals that RingCentral ranks first in three out of six product or service use case categories - UC with Integrated Contact Centre Use Case, Midsize Enterprise Use Case and Telephony Centric/Heavy Organisations Use Case.
