Solve launches as independent brand in recruitment sector
Talent has announced the launch of Solve, a new brand specialising in outsourced and embedded recruitment and workforce management solutions. Originally a division within Talent since 2018, Solve will now operate independently, partnering with startups, scale-ups, and enterprise brands across the Asia-Pacific region. The brand aims to transform talent functions and address workforce challenges through innovative people solutions.
Tom Mackintosh, Managing Director of Solve, expressed enthusiasm about the transition, stating, "It's an exciting time as we relaunch our brand into the market as Solve. Our division has grown over the years, and we are incredibly proud that we are the go-to partner within the media and tech industries. With the backing of Talent, we are able to stand on our own and bring a whole new level of customer experience to our clients. This marks an important milestone, and I am incredibly proud of the whole Solve team. We are looking forward to sharing our new look and feel with our customers and the market."
Solve's core service offerings include embedded recruitment, managed service provider (MSP) solutions, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and advisory services. These services are designed to help organisations navigate the complexities of talent acquisition and management efficiently.
Mark Nielsen, Global CEO of Talent, commented on the significance of the launch. "Here at Talent, we embrace change as the new norm and continually raise the bar for growth within our industry. Today is an exciting new chapter as we introduce Solve to the market. Our relationships with clients that Tom and the wider Solve team have built and nurtured is a testament to their hard work and commitment to deliver quality people solutions."
To celebrate the launch, Solve hosted an intimate lunch at Shell House restaurant in Sydney. The event featured Alexandra Williamson, Managing Director of ESE The Agency, as the special guest speaker. Williamson is renowned for her role in propelling the Matildas to their historic 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup performance and her efforts in reshaping the landscape of women's sports.
Talent remains committed to providing technology contractors and permanent recruitment, tech project delivery, and support services. With Solve's launch, Talent aims to continue delivering value by building highly skilled and engaged teams, rethinking technology solutions, and prioritising a people-first approach in service innovation. The company also emphasises its dedication to social responsibility through its charitable foundation, Talent RISE, which aims to create a more inclusive work environment and improve lives.
Solve's establishment as an independent brand within Talent underscores its growth and the increasing demand for specialised recruitment and workforce management services. The company aims to leverage its expertise and reputation to further strengthen its position as a key player in the industry.
