TeamViewer appoints Andrew Belger as Head of Sales for Australia & New Zealand
TeamViewer, a global leader in remote connectivity and workplace digitalisation solutions, has announced the appointment of Andrew Belger as the new head of sales for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). With his extensive background in the technology industry, Belger will be managing enterprise and channel sales organisation, including business development and strategic partnerships, across industries such as mining and energy, financial services, telecommunications and public sector. This strategic appointment will aid in increasing TeamViewer's enterprise software footprint in the ANZ region.
Belger, who is based in Sydney, will be collaborating with Asia-Pacific headquarters in Singapore and the ANZ hub in Adelaide. In his 20-year career, Belger has focussed on sales and management within the technology industry, and before joining TeamViewer, he was the regional sales director at Brightcove, a provider of streaming technology. There, he managed the Asia-Pacific business unit. He began his illustrious technology career at IT giants IBM and HP, where he later assumed various sales leadership roles at specialised technology companies.
Belger has a strong educational background in business administration and commerce. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance and marketing and a bachelor's degree in commerce, both from The University of Western Australia (UWA).
