Tecala recognised as UiPath Agentic Automation Fast Track Partner

Today

Tecala has received recognition as a UiPath Agentic Automation Fast Track Partner.

The badge of distinction has been granted to select partners who have obtained early access and training in agentic automation capabilities from UiPath, and who have demonstrated the ability to identify practical customer use cases where agents can support end-to-end process automation.

Partners awarded this recognition have also contributed to advancing the development of UiPath agentic automation solutions.

Tecala has held a partnership with UiPath since 2018, achieving Platinum Partner status and becoming the first partner in Australia and New Zealand to receive UiPath Services Network accreditation.

Shaun Leisegang, General Manager of Automation, Data and AI at Tecala, said, "At Tecala, we believe the future belongs to the dream team: Robots, AI Agents, and People working together in harmony.

Being recognised as a UiPath Agentic Automation Fast Track Partner is not just an achievement — it's a signal to our customers that we're leading from the front. With UiPath's agentic capabilities, we're unlocking a new frontier of intelligent automation that empowers people, augments decisions, and delivers real business transformation."

"The agentic era has arrived — and we're proud to be shaping it."

UiPath states that the badge demonstrates partners' commitment to orchestrating enterprise processes for customers, leveraging a combination of AI agents, robots, people, AI models and other tools to automate processes from end-to-end. Agentic automation is described as enabling the configuration of agents that can plan, execute work, and make decisions with minimal human involvement.

Organisations have historically used automation through robots to handle repetitive processes, enabling employees to focus on more meaningful tasks. Businesses using automation often seek increased operational efficiency and improved customer experiences. However, traditional automation has limitations when encountering complex or unstructured processes that require intelligent decisions.

The rise of agentic automation, which combines artificial intelligence, automation, and orchestration, aims to expand the scope of automation to entire business processes rather than single tasks.

UiPath describes its platform as the first enterprise-grade solution built for agentic automation, designed to help agents, robots, people, and AI models work together to make processes more autonomous and improve decision-making capabilities.

Ashim Gupta, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at UiPath, commented, "I'm thrilled to congratulate Tecala on its recognition as a UiPath Agentic Automation Fast Track Partner."

"Our partners play a critical role in the agentic future of UiPath, from identifying use cases to providing product feedback to co-innovating to help solve customer challenges. IDC forecasts a total market opportunity for agentic automation of USD $14 billion by 2028. As the market rapidly expands, partners can shape it and seize a first mover advantage."

"Tecala has earned this distinction by receiving hands-on training with our agentic solution, Agent Builder, and establishing their commitment to ushering in the agentic era for customers."

Tecala operates across multiple industry sectors in Australia, focusing on areas that face complex information technology challenges, including highly regulated environments. The company collaborates with clients to align technology solutions with business objectives and asserts a commitment to ongoing innovation and the transformation of its clients' ICT capabilities.
