Till Payments & BigCommerce partner to enhance retail transactions

Till Payments, an Australian all-in-one payment solutions provider under Nuvei Corporation, has announced a strategic partnership with BigCommerce. This collaboration aims to provide a comprehensive payment processing solution tailored for retail businesses, allowing them to integrate their online and in-store transactions seamlessly.

BigCommerce, a prominent SaaS-based eCommerce platform supporting B2C and B2B brands and retailers, will now offer its customers access to Till Payments' extensive suite of transaction processing features. By integrating Till’s solutions, merchants are expected to benefit from a more streamlined, efficient, and secure payment experience across various sales channels.

The collaboration between Till and BigCommerce promises to deliver a complete set of transaction capabilities. Till's Online Checkout for BigCommerce enables merchants to process payments, pre-authorise transactions, manage refunds, and use the latest 3DS2 technology. It also supports multiple currencies and stored credit card payments, all while embedding a smooth checkout process.

Retailers with omnichannel strategies are set to gain significantly from this alliance. Till's unified payment solutions will help merge in-store and online payment services, equipping merchants with the tools needed for seamless and secure transaction management.

This flexibility enhances the customer experience and expands the potential for completed transactions.

Furthermore, merchants can benefit from a unified payment provider centralising all of Till's payment channels. This centralisation allows merchants to gain insights into transactions and store performance through the Till Portal. Seamless integration is also a major advantage; existing Till customers can activate the Online Checkout feature within their BigCommerce accounts without difficulty.

Additionally, the partnership offers cost savings through competitive processing fees and an option for merchant surcharging to offset payment processing costs.
