UiPath names Stuart Spencer to lead ANZ growth push
Wed, 4th Nov 2026 (Today)
UiPath has appointed Stuart Spencer as Area Vice President for Australia and New Zealand, putting him in charge of the company's regional growth strategy.
He will lead efforts across both markets, with responsibility for customer and partner relationships as UiPath looks to expand its presence. His brief also includes working with organisations using AI, automation and business orchestration.
Spencer joins with two decades of experience working with Australian businesses and technology leaders. His previous roles include executive positions at Salesforce, with a background spanning enterprise technology, customer engagement and business growth.
The appointment comes as technology suppliers seek to turn interest in AI tools into broader commercial deployments within large organisations. Spencer's role will include helping customers move from experimentation to practical use of AI and automation.
"Organisations across Australia and New Zealand are looking beyond AI experimentation to understand how they can apply these technologies to deliver meaningful business outcomes. The opportunity is to bring AI, automation, enterprise systems and people together to transform how work gets done, while maintaining the governance, security and accountability businesses need.
"UiPath is well positioned to help organisations make this shift. I'm excited to work with our customers, partners and team across ANZ to identify new opportunities and help businesses turn their technology investments into measurable value," said Stuart Spencer, Area Vice President, ANZ at UiPath.
Spencer will focus on deepening strategic customer relationships and working with partners across the region. Part of his remit will also be to support wider adoption of business orchestration among customers in Australia and New Zealand.
Ashley Boag, Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, International at UiPath, said the appointment reflects the company's view of the regional opportunity.
"Stuart brings valuable experience in enterprise technology and a strong understanding of how to build trusted relationships with customers and drive business growth. As organisations across ANZ look to move AI and automation initiatives into production, his leadership will be instrumental in helping customers identify high-value opportunities, scale successful use cases and achieve tangible business outcomes. We're delighted to welcome Stuart to UiPath and look forward to the impact he will make with our customers and partners," said Ashley Boag, Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, International at UiPath.
UiPath develops software for automation and what it describes as business orchestration, combining automation tools, AI and testing in managed workflows for enterprise customers. The company is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker PATH.
For the Australia and New Zealand market, the hire gives UiPath a senior regional executive with a mandate centred on sales growth, partner development and customer engagement. Spencer said organisations in the region are looking for measurable returns from technology investments as they weigh how to apply AI and automation in day-to-day operations.
