Unisys named global leader in ISG 2024 workplace report

Unisys has been recognised as a global leader by Information Services Group (ISG) in the 2024 ISG Provider Lens Future of Work Services Report, achieving 30 leader designations across six regions.

Information Services Group's report highlights companies with comprehensive product and service offerings, innovative strength, a strong market presence, and competitive strategies. This marks the fifth consecutive year that Unisys has been named a leader in the ISG report.

This thorough analysis assesses how managed service providers are meeting the needs of today's diverse work settings.

Unisys was named a leader in several quadrants, including Collaboration and Next-Gen Experience Services, Continuous Productivity Services (including Next-Gen Service Desk), Managed End-User Technology Services, and the newly introduced Smart and Sustainable Workplace Services in Australia.

The recognition as a leader spans multiple regions including the U.S., U.S. Public Sector, United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, Germany, as well as Switzerland. Unisys's achievements include its capabilities in improving the end-to-end customer and employee experience, offering value-added managed services, and enabling workplace technology ecosystems.

In the Continuous Productivity Services quadrant, ISG acknowledged Unisys for its ability to support continuous productivity in next-generation workplaces. This includes physical workplaces and fully integrated hybrid working patterns, utilising advanced technology that provides omnichannel support, detailed analytics, and AI insights.

For the Managed End-User Technology Services quadrant, Unisys was recognised for its device management and communication services that integrate with experience management services, which aim to provide a seamless and modern workplace experience.

The report also noted Unisys's success in the Managed End-User Technology Services - Large Account classification in the U.S. and the U.K., highlighting their focus on consulting, security, and co-development with technology partners.

In the newly introduced Smart and Sustainable Workplace Services quadrant, Unisys's deployment of unified user interfaces and real-time data analysis, along with IoT data aggregation for sustainability performance, was cited as a key strength.

Unisys's designation as a leader in these numerous categories reflects its broader strategy to address the evolving needs of businesses as they continue to embrace hybrid and flexible working environments.
