The chatbot is part of Wall Street English's hybrid learning strategy, aiming to offer comprehensive and personalised assistance throughout the learning journey. It is designed to cater to students of all proficiency levels, providing tailored resources that adapt to individual needs.

The features of the AI-powered chatbot include an intelligent language dictionary that provides clear and relevant explanations, ensuring that students can easily understand new vocabulary at their respective levels.
