Wolters Kluwer joins forces with BDO for BEPS Pillar Two webinar

In an upcoming webinar, Wolters Kluwer, the provider of professional information, software solutions, and services, is joining forces with BDO, an international network of public accounting, tax, consulting, and business advisory firms, to address the intricate challenges multinational organisations face due to BEPS Pillar Two. Denise Brotherton, a Corporate Tax Partner at BDO and a seasoned tax specialist, brings the panel her extensive experience in providing proactive and commercially relevant tax advice. With a background that includes transforming and leading professional service businesses and expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, International and Australian Tax Advisory, Denise is poised to offer profound insights into navigating the complexities of BEPS Pillar Two.

Joining her is Briana Witten-Ho, Head of Taxation for Ixom, who boasts over 25 years of experience in corporate tax functions. Briana's role encompasses managing income taxes, transaction taxes, regulator management, and reporting, offering a comprehensive view of the tax landscape across various regions, including Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and the USA.

Paola Lorio, a Transfer Pricing Independent Contractor with more than 15 years of in-house experience, will share her expertise in developing and implementing global transfer pricing projects. Rounding off the panel is Luih Yap, a Consulting Manager at Wolters Kluwer.
