YASH Technologies has been named a Major Contender in Everest Group's Digital Workplace Services PEAK Matrix Assessment 2026 for mid-market enterprises, placing it among providers assessed on market impact, vision and delivery.

Everest Group reviewed digital workplace services suppliers serving mid-market businesses. YASH said the ranking reflects a strategy focused on cloud, infrastructure and security services, delivered through a modular model that allows clients to adopt services in stages.

The assessment also noted YASH's focus on mid-sized organisations seeking workplace transformation projects aligned with their operational and financial constraints. It highlighted the company's consumption-based service model, which lets customers scale adoption according to business priorities while maintaining cost control and flexibility.

Everest Group also cited YASH's blend of local engagement and global delivery, a model designed to provide regional responsiveness alongside broader technical resources and standardised service delivery.

Market growth

The recognition comes as spending on digital workplace services in the mid-market continues to rise. Everest Group said the market reached USD $26.5 billion in 2025, growing at an annual rate of 30% to 35%.

According to the assessment, that growth has been driven by pressure on IT budgets, more complex technology estates and rising demand for AI-led modernisation. Mid-market companies are increasingly seeking leaner IT operating models tied to business outcomes rather than large upfront commitments.

For service providers, the shift has created an opening for modular contracts and usage-based pricing, especially among companies that want to modernise employee technology environments without committing to large-scale projects at the outset. Digital workplace services typically include end-user computing, collaboration tools, service desks, and the management of devices, applications and support environments.

Headquartered in the US with delivery centres worldwide, YASH serves clients across six continents. It describes itself as a technology integrator working across advisory, applications, data, infrastructure and security.

Executive response

YASH linked the ranking to its approach to serving organisations of different sizes and across sectors.

"This recognition is the result of our conviction that truly transformative solutions must be built for diversity of industries, scale, and ambition," said Rakesh Kumar Jain, Global Head Cloud & Infrastructure Services at YASH Technologies. "Every organization operates with unique constraints, but the demand for precision, speed, and measurable outcomes is universal. We don't offer one-size-fits-all answers - we engineer for that reality. Our tailored approach meets organizations exactly where they are, while our broader portfolio empowers businesses of every scale to modernize faster, smarter, and with unwavering confidence."

The ranking comes amid intensifying competition in the mid-market, where clients often want a narrower scope and tighter spending controls than large enterprises. Buyers in the segment have become more selective about workplace transformation projects as they weigh cybersecurity demands, hybrid working requirements and the need to modernise ageing infrastructure.

Industry analysts have increasingly focused on whether suppliers can combine managed services, advisory capabilities and flexible commercial models for these customers. In that context, recognition in segment-specific assessments can influence vendor selection, particularly for companies seeking suppliers with established credentials in cloud migration, workplace support and infrastructure management.

Everest Group based its review on factors including market impact, strategy and service delivery. YASH's inclusion as a Major Contender reflects its position within that framework as competition for mid-market digital workplace contracts continues to intensify.
