Zscaler has named the winners of its FY26 Asia-Pacific and Japan Partner of the Year awards, covering partners in Australia and New Zealand, Japan, India, SAARC and Greater Asia.

The awards recognise partners for customer work, technical delivery and the adoption of Zero Trust security approaches across the region.

In Greater Asia, Ensign InfoSecurity was named Partner of the Year, while Ernst & Young won Transformation Partner of the Year. Ask4key Group took both Services Excellence Partner of the Year and Specialization Partner of the Year, and NTT Data was named GSI Partner of the Year.

Channel Focus

The awards underline the importance of partner channels to cyber security vendors across Asia-Pacific, where customers are balancing cloud migration, hybrid working and a rising volume of security threats. Vendors rely on local partners for implementation, services, managed offerings and customer support across fragmented national markets.

Discussions with partners across the region focused on replacing legacy perimeter-based security tools, building technical expertise through training and certification, and expanding support beyond initial product sales. That emphasis reflects broader demand among enterprise customers for security projects tied to long-term operational support rather than one-off deployments.

The range of categories also highlights where suppliers are trying to shape partner investment. Awards for transformation, services, commercial growth, new customer acquisition and specialist technical work suggest a push to deepen channel engagement across both sales and delivery.

Cloud hyperscalers and large consulting firms featured alongside regional specialists and telecoms operators, showing the mix of alliances now common in enterprise cyber security. In several markets, distributors also retained a visible role in vendor strategy, particularly where broad partner coverage and enablement remain important.

The awards were announced after a regional partner series in Tokyo, Sydney, Mumbai and Singapore, where Zscaler met channel organisations from across APJ. Those discussions focused on Zero Trust adoption, technical training and longer-term customer support models across Japan, ANZ, India and Greater Asia.

Among the repeat winners, Amazon Web Services appeared in both Greater Asia and ANZ as Tech Alliance Partner of the Year, while Ask4key Group and The Instillery each collected two awards in their respective regions.
