His strategic perspectives and marketing initiatives led to business growth, expanded marketing capabilities, and strong partnerships within the local ecosystem. Beyond his recent exploits, Holst has been in directorial positions for over 12 years managing multiple marketing functions across global tech giants like Adobe and Dell.

The new Director of DX Marketing for ANZ is well-regarded for his passion for developing teams and mentoring others within his ambit. Holst will now report to Duncan Egan, Adobe’s Vice President of DX Marketing for Asia Pacific and Japan.

Egan expressed glee at welcoming Holst to his new role. “Matt’s expertise is a cornerstone as we navigate the dynamic landscape of the ANZ market, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of our customers," Egan says. "Under his leadership, we are poised to forge stronger relationships in our top accounts and deliver tailored solutions that resonate on a deeper level.” His validation of Holst's strategic capabilities testifies to the magnitude and impact of the appointment within Adobe's ANZ operations.

On his appointment, Holst says: "I’m excited to take on this new role leading a high-performing team and working closely with our ANZ customers to help them achieve experience-led growth. I’m passionate about helping brands unlock the creativity, content, data and workflows required to deliver meaningful experiences and drive sustained long-term profitability.” His statement reflects energised commitment to leverage his expertise, alongside Adobe's technological prowess, in providing brands with solutions that both engage audiences and unlock new revenue streams.

With Holst's placement as Director of DX Marketing for ANZ, Adobe is well-positioned to streamline its efforts in providing top-tier creative and analytics solutions to individuals, brands and organisations across the Australian and New Zealand territories.
