Amperity and Microsoft have announced a new collaboration aimed at enhancing AI-driven customer experiences, particularly within the retail sector. By leveraging first-party data, the partnership aims to build customer loyalty, reduce churn, and enhance the lifetime value of clientele.
Amperity, known for its AI-powered Lakehouse customer data platform (CDP), and Microsoft Azure will collectively enable retailers to access up-to-date customer data analytics. This will assist in shaping future omnichannel experiences, fostering engagement both before and after purchases and encouraging brand advocacy.
Commenting on the initiative, Curt Lockton, SVP of Strategic Partnerships at Amperity, said, "The synergy between Amperity and Microsoft is pushing the boundaries of AI-driven customer experiences, and empowering brands to harness the full potential of their data to understand their customers, deliver personalised experiences and drive revenue."
The collaboration has garnered industry recognition, with Amperity being named a finalist in the Microsoft Retail & Consumer Goods 2024 Partner of the Year Award. According to Microsoft, this accolade is given to partners that demonstrate excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.
