AroFlo has launched the AroFlo Partner Network, a programme for businesses serving the field service trades in Australia and New Zealand.

The network brings together technology developers, accountancy firms, consultants and referral partners that work with trade and field service companies. It is intended to extend AroFlo's reach through external service providers and software integrations linked to its job management platform.

AroFlo, part of Simpro Group, sells software that trade businesses use to manage scheduling, materials, assets, compliance, invoicing and reporting. The partner scheme is designed to help businesses move from planning to implementation with less disruption.

The launch also reflects the growing importance of partner channels in field service software, as vendors try to lock in customers through broader ecosystems rather than stand-alone products. For AroFlo, that includes links to its AI tools, branded as AroFlo Lightning.

Fred Voccola, Chairman & CEO of Simpro Group, outlined how the programme fits into the company's broader software strategy.

"AroFlo Lightning is redefining what a field service platform can do, with an ever-expanding roster of AI agents that take on the work trade businesses could never afford to staff," said Fred Voccola, Chairman & CEO, Simpro Group.

"The AroFlo Partner Network amplifies that power. Our partner solutions complement and serve those agents, extending the reach of our platform beyond the field service management core and delivering more comprehensive, profit-building automation for field service trades," Voccola said.

AroFlo says its software is used by growing trade businesses across Australia and New Zealand. The platform combines office and field workflows in a single system, covering job scheduling, technician activity, cost tracking and invoicing.

AroFlo Lightning sits at the centre of the platform as an AI layer that automates routine work such as scheduling, follow-ups, data entry and reporting. The partner network is intended to add more specialist services and connected products around that core system.

Partner terms

Network members will receive official partner endorsements and access to AroFlo Academy training. Referral fees start at 10% for net-new customers.

Partners will also be offered co-branded marketing tied to referral volume, support for integrations including sandbox access, and listing in an AroFlo partner directory. A dedicated partner manager will work with members on campaigns and content.

AroFlo presented the network as a way for advisers and service providers to help trade firms install and use the software more effectively. That includes implementation support from consultants working directly with business owners and operational teams.

Joel Griffs, Managing Director of Heidibuild, described the effect of using AroFlo in his business.

"Before AroFlo, I was using four different, disconnected programs to track our team, costs and invoices, meaning I became the go-between for everything," said Joel Griffs, Managing Director, Heidibuild.

"AroFlo now handles our scheduling, time tracking, cost tracking and quoting all in one place. It's worked so well that I've genuinely gained back at least 15 hours a week, and the business no longer relies on me for every single decision," Griffs said.

Rachel Thorne, Director of Tradie Business Support, said her firm chose to work with AroFlo because of the breadth of tasks covered by the software. She linked that to the operational pressures facing trade businesses as they try to reduce administration while keeping closer watch on margins and performance.

"We chose to partner with AroFlo because it provides trade businesses with a powerful, all-in-one platform to manage everything from jobs and scheduling to invoicing and accountability," said Rachel Thorne, Director of Tradie Business Support.

"The biggest impact we see is business owners gaining control, reducing admin and improving visibility over profitability and performance. Our hands-on approach helps teams get AroFlo working around their real-world operations so they can save time and scale with confidence," Thorne said.

The partner network is launching as software suppliers to field service operators seek more influence over how products are deployed after a sale. For trade firms, that often means relying on external advisers to handle setup, workflow design, staff training and links to accounting or other back-office systems.

Tracey Lee, General Manager of Lifestyle Tradie, said the network formalises a relationship model that can shape how smaller operators adopt software as they grow.

"Having experienced AroFlo as both a customer and partner, we've seen the impact it can have on growing trade businesses. It helps owners improve efficiency, accountability and visibility while creating the systems needed to scale successfully," said Tracey Lee, General Manager, Lifestyle Tradie.

"With the launch of the AroFlo Partner Network, AroFlo and its partners are better positioned than ever to deliver more value, more expertise and more choice to field service businesses across Australia and New Zealand, helping them run with more clarity, more control and more profit," Lee said.
