Avature Launches Mobile App for its Enterprise HCM Platform
Wed, 12th Feb 2014
FYI, this story is more than a year old

Avature, a leading SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) provider of Human Capital Management software, has announced the release of its Mobile App Builder and the immediate availability of its first enterprise app designed to support event management and campus recruiting.

Based on the highly configurable Avature platform, the Mobile App Builder will support multiple secure, special purpose mobile apps for a range of Avature Solutions, including candidate and employee engagement, employee mobility, and performance management.

"While the entire Avature platform is accessible from iOS and Android devices," commented Dimitri Boylan, Avature's founder and CEO, "mobile apps will allow our customers to control and shape the mobile user experience for complex business functions."

"We always focus on our customer's real world challenges. With the Events App we are responding to our customers' needs to work on their feet on campus or in an event hall," commented Ezequiel Vazquez, Senior Vice President of Product Development at Avature. "The apps offline mode will facilitate onsite candidate registration and attendee management even when no internet connection is available, which is sometimes the case in event halls."

"The Mobile App Builder is a seamless extension of our application architecture, therefore we will be able to take advantage of all our enterprise features from the mobile device without having to make any special changes to the server code when delivering new apps," he added.

The Events App is the first Avature app released as the company develops others including one for hiring managers - which will enable jobs and candidates review and approval on the go and a social intranet app.
