Five Faces & Privy announce digital health partnership
Australian patient experience software provider Five Faces and Indonesian digital trust provider Privy have announced a partnership to collaborate across both countries. The announcement was made at the IndOz conference in Brisbane.
This partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both companies' technology and distribution networks. Privy's digital signature solution will be integrated with Five Faces' digital front door solution. This integration offers hospitals the option to use authenticated signatures for medical and financial consent forms. Since 2016, more than 120 million documents have been signed using Privy's solutions.
Five Faces digitises complex consumer journeys for hospitals and healthcare providers. The company's modular technology enables rapid digital innovation of patient engagement solutions. In 2021, Five Faces and Sydney Local Health District received the NSW Government Premier's Award for the Mass Vaccination solution for 'Putting the Customer at the Centre'. An Australian company headquartered in Brisbane, Five Faces solutions have been accessed by 4+ million consumers.
Privy, with over 40 million verified users, is set to introduce Five Faces' digital front door solution to the Indonesian health market. Indonesia has an ambitious national digital transformation agenda led by the Digital Transformation Office. Nicole Nixon, CEO of Five Faces, highlighted that paper forms are being phased out in the Australian health market, increasing the demand for authenticated digital signatures.
"Whether you're about to have surgery or attending a specialist clinic, secure digital forms are now a must-have, both for patient privacy and convenience, and to enhance automation and data safeguards," Nixon stated. "We are delighted to integrate Privy's digital signature solution to further protect patients and health providers."
Privy is one of Indonesia's leading digital trust solution providers, specialising in digital signature and digital identity solutions. Marshall Pribadi, Co-Founder and CEO of Privy, expressed that this partnership would also support Privy's expansion into Australia while adding value to the Indonesian health market. "Digital trust and integrity are cornerstones of healthcare, and we are proud that Five Faces has selected Privy to enhance their leading digital front door solution," he said.
Pribadi added, "Additionally, the digital evolution of Indonesia's healthcare system makes it an ideal time to introduce Five Faces as a proven patient experience player from a world-class healthcare market. Indonesian consumers will be able to use their PrivyID to log into Five Faces solutions, just like they do to access many government services. This partnership is a win-win for Indonesian-Australian collaboration and we look forward to the benefits it will deliver in both countries."
