HighPoint expands NVMe solutions for ARM platforms

HighPoint Technologies has announced the expansion of its NVMe product lines to include support for ARM-based computing platforms.

This strategic development aims to meet the growing demand for high-performance, scalable, and energy-efficient storage solutions, particularly in data centre and edge computing environments that host Internet of Things (IoT) servers and applications driven by artificial intelligence (AI).

HighPoint's NVMe solutions can support up to 32 devices per PCIe slot, leveraging their PCIe Switching Architecture for industry-leading storage performance and scalability. Integrated storage management tools and customisable firmware and drivers ensure seamless integration with ARM platforms.

This portfolio is designed to meet the diverse demands of modern IoT deployments, enhancing transfer bandwidth and reliability for industrial IoT servers engaged in edge computing, analytics, and automation applications.

HighPoint's high-density storage capabilities are engineered to address the need for massive storage capacity in advanced computing environments. The solutions incorporate various hardware sensors for real-time status and health monitoring and comprehensive storage management suites to simplify deployment and service workflows on ARM platforms.
