Logicalis promotes Wayne Haylett to Global Cisco Alliance Director

Melbourne-based IT solutions provider, Logicalis, has announced the promotion of Wayne Haylett, to the role of Global Cisco Alliance Director. Highly respected within the firm, Haylett has been moved up from Logicalis Australia and will now be answering directly to Global VP Strategic Alliances, Richard Simmons.

As the new Global Cisco Alliance Director, Haylett is expected to manage all elements of Logicalis' strategic partnership with Cisco. A key part of his immediate role will focus on formulating and executing a forward-looking three-year strategic plan. Haylett is seen as a pivotal figure in enhancing the Cisco relationship and leveraging his specialist knowledge to lead the global team. His leadership style will foster best practices, drive greater regional collaboration, and ensure the support required to execute joint plans, mirroring the success of their latest joint initiative, the new suite of Cisco Powered Intelligent Connectivity managed services.

Commenting on his upliftment, Haylett expressed excitement about joining forces with Logicalis on a global scale. "As one of the six Cisco Global Gold partners, I feel a great sense of pride as I embrace my global role and actively contribute to the growth and expansion of our Cisco partnership," Haylett notes.
