NP Digital Australia posts record H2 growth on AI shift

Thu, 29th Jan 2026

NP Digital Australia said it recorded its strongest performance to date after securing 22 new clients and lifting revenue by more than 25% in the second half of 2025.

The agency said the new work came from sectors including logistics, FMCG, finance and retail. It named Soudal, Morgans Financial Advisors, Summit Sport and Beserk as notable additions to its client roster.

NP Digital Australia described the wins as part of a broader shift in its commercial mix. The company said more than 70% of the new engagements were multi-year, multi-channel retainers. It said the work covered Australia, APAC and international markets.

AI-first focus

NP Digital Australia linked the results to what it described as an AI-first digital strategy and a focus on performance accountability.

"A key driver of this growth has been our relentless focus on performance accountability," said Guy Jarvie, Managing Director, NP Digital Australia & New Zealand. "We have sharpened our value proposition around AI-first digital strategy, which has resonated with brands looking to grow strategically through data-driven approaches."

The agency said it adopted AI-driven SEO frameworks and structured data readiness earlier than many competitors. It also said it integrated AI features from its proprietary platforms Ubersuggest and AnswerThePublic into client workflows. NP Digital Australia said this work covered keyword insights, content planning and competitive benchmarking.

Search changes

Jarvie said brands had shown increased interest in support around changing search behaviours.

"Brands are increasingly turning to us to navigate zero-click search trends and automate insight generation," said Jarvie. "Clients are seeking partners who can respond to market disruption with faster go-to-market execution, and our ability to simplify full funnel execution is playing directly to that need."

NP Digital Australia said the majority of new clients engaged it for AI search strategy, SEO, paid media and conversion rate optimisation. It said it managed many of the relationships as integrated programs spanning content and digital analytics.

Leadership hires

The agency said it has started scaling leadership and operational resources as demand rises. It recently appointed Max Hart as Paid Media Director, according to the company.

NP Digital Australia said it is hiring across SEO, paid media and strategy. It also said it is developing a Performance Innovation team. The agency described the unit as focused on AI-led testing, automation and conversion optimisation work planned for 2026.

Sector targets

NP Digital Australia said it is targeting expansion across sectors it views as high growth, including fintech, health, retail, education and B2B services.

The company sits within the broader NP Digital network and said the group operates across 20 countries and has 800 employees, with headquarters in San Diego.

NP Digital Australia said it expects to pursue further growth through multi-year retainers and integrated marketing programs across Australia and the wider region.
