Peak Insight has been named the Telstra Cisco Partner of the Year for 2024, marking its second win in as many years.

The accolade, announced at a recent gala dinner in Sydney, underlines Peak Insight's dedication to advancing excellence in Customer Experience, Hybrid Work, and Secure Networking with partners Cisco and Telstra.

"We are thrilled that our approach to maximising the business value of customer investments in Cisco, combined with our unwavering focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes, has again been recognised with the 2024 Telstra Cisco Partner of the Year Award," said Sam Deckert, Founder of Peak Insight. "As a Telstra partner for over six years, our shared purpose, values, and expertise with both Cisco and Telstra have driven significant mutual growth and strong momentum leading into 2025."

In addition to the award win, Peak Insight was a finalist for the Peter Carr Telstra Customer Excellence Award, which further highlights its commitment to customer satisfaction.

Over the last year, Peak Insight has developed specialised software add-ons for Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center, offering distinct solutions to Telstra's clientele. Participation in global Cisco events, such as WebexOne in 2023 and 2024 in the US, has enabled the company to enhance its global market presence.

Beyond its awards, Peak Insight has also gained recognition through participation in prestigious events, including the FY24 Cisco Winners event forum in Portugal and contributions to the Cisco APJC Contact Centre Partner Advisory Board in FY24 and FY25.

The firm was awarded the Cisco and Dicker Data NBA All-Star competition FY24, indicating robust growth and performance within the Cisco ecosystem. Recognition at the Cisco Partner Summit in the US in 2023 and 2024 further emphasises its effective collaboration with Telstra and Cisco.

Further investing in growth, Peak Insight recently appointed Stefano Pesic as CEO and Steve Kruize as General Manager of Sales, aiming to drive strategic expansion across new regions and improve their portfolio of Cisco offerings.

"Our success comes down to our amazing team at Peak, and strong relationships with Cisco and Telstra," added Deckert. "Together, we've fostered a culture of collaboration that drives meaningful outcomes for our customers. This award is a testament to the efforts of this extended team, and we look forward to delivering even greater value in 2025."
