Samsung launches Mother's Day Galaxy deals in Australia

Samsung has launched a Mother's Day gift range in Australia centred on its Galaxy devices, spanning audio, smartphones, wearables and tablets.

Offers include 15% off Galaxy Buds4 Pro when bought with a Galaxy S26 series handset, AUD $150 off the Galaxy Watch8 40mm, and 40% off Galaxy Buds3 FE through Samsung's online store. The promotion is framed around use cases such as fitness, everyday organisation, entertainment and photography.

The most expensive device in the selection is the Galaxy S26 Ultra, starting at AUD $2,199. Samsung highlighted its camera system and artificial intelligence tools for day-to-day tasks.

At the lower end of the smartphone range, the Galaxy A57 5G starts at AUD $749 and the Galaxy A37 5G at AUD $599. The two models are aimed at customers seeking a more affordable handset for messaging, scheduling and taking photos.

The Galaxy Buds4 Pro, priced from AUD $399, are available in Pink Gold, Black and White, with Pink Gold exclusive to Samsung's Australian website.

The earbuds are designed for people who want audio on the move and include adaptive noise cancelling among their features. Active noise cancellation is off by default.

The Galaxy Watch8 starts at AUD $649 before discounts. Samsung described it as its thinnest Galaxy Watch so far and said it is intended to support tracking around health, sleep and nutrition.

Another device in the seasonal range is the Galaxy Tab S11, starting at AUD $1,699. Aimed at users who want a larger screen for streaming, browsing, reading and work, it includes an S-Pen.

Samsung also highlighted Samsung Kids Mode on the Galaxy Tab S11 for households with younger children. The setting allows adults to control which apps children can use and to set daily screen-time limits.

Retail push

The promotion reflects the importance of seasonal shopping windows for consumer electronics groups in Australia, where Mother's Day often prompts retailer-led campaigns across phones, wearables, accessories and tablets. Brands typically use these periods to pair premium products with discounts on companion devices such as earbuds and watches.

Samsung's latest campaign places particular emphasis on cross-selling within its Galaxy range. The Buds4 Pro discount is tied to the purchase of a Galaxy S26 series smartphone, encouraging customers to add accessories at checkout rather than buy a single device.

The inclusion of lower-cost offers, such as the reduction on Galaxy Buds3 FE, broadens the promotion's appeal beyond flagship hardware buyers. That matters in a market where household budgets remain under pressure and shoppers are often looking for entry points below the price of a premium smartphone.

Product spread

The selection also shows how Samsung is using a single retail campaign to cover several customer groups. The Galaxy Watch8 and Buds4 Pro target buyers interested in personal audio and wellness devices, while the A-series phones sit in the mid-range segment and the S26 Ultra addresses the top end of the market.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy Tab S11 is positioned as much as a shared household device as a personal one. By highlighting drawing, note-taking and parental controls in the same product description, Samsung presents the tablet as useful for both adults and families with children.

The language around the range centres on practical daily uses rather than technical specifications. Across the products, Samsung highlighted portability, convenience, photo-taking, organisation and screen-time management as the main reasons for purchase.

Online channel

All three featured offers are available only through Samsung's Australian online store. This gives Samsung direct control over pricing and bundling at a time when electronics brands are increasingly trying to strengthen direct-to-consumer sales alongside traditional retail partnerships.

The online-only structure may also help Samsung collect stronger demand signals across its newest products, particularly the S26 series and related accessories. Tracking which bundles convert during a seasonal campaign can inform future promotions and stock planning.

The campaign covers selected products in the Galaxy range, with discounted items limited to the Buds4 Pro bundle, the Galaxy Watch8 and the Galaxy Buds3 FE.
