Virsae, an established pioneer in AI-powered collaboration and performance management, has launched its 'Virsae Service Management (VSM) for Microsoft Teams' on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. This empowers Azure customers across the globe to harness the scalability, reliability, and agility of Azure, thereby driving application development and shaping business strategies.

VSM for Microsoft Teams is designed to offer an all-encompassing view of performance across intricate XCaaS (experience communications as a service) platforms. This now includes 'unmanaged' work-from-home (WFH) environments, courtesy of VSM Everywhere. The user experience analytics provided extends to a broad range of areas, from workstation and home network performance to telemetry data like the headset boom position and background noise.

Tony Jayne, CEO of Virsae, expressed excitement about offering a solution that improves both user and customer experience. He emphasised Virsae's delight as a Microsoft Azure-native Software as a Service (SaaS) provider, highlighting their commitment to delivering a solution that empowers users and enhances customer experience, regardless of the location where people are working. Jayne's statement underscores Virsae's dedication to leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft Azure to provide valuable and flexible solutions for their users.

Jayne stated, "As a Microsoft Azure-native SaaS, Virsae is delighted to provide a solution that empowers both user experience and customer experience, no matter where your people are working."

The integrated AI-driven diagnostics and automation offered by VSM for Microsoft Teams encapsulates numerous areas, from technical, WFH network, and device to even room analytics. This ensures the smooth performance and high quality of each Microsoft Teams call, thereby improving the experience for employees and customers alike.

Jake Zborowski, General Manager of Microsoft Azure Platform at Microsoft Corp, warmly welcomed Virsae to the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Zborowski emphasised the significance of this addition, noting that through the marketplace, customers globally can effortlessly discover, purchase, and implement trusted partner solutions. He highlighted the certification and optimisation of these solutions for seamless operation on Azure.

Zborowski said, "Through Microsoft Azure Marketplace, customers around the world can easily find, buy, and deploy partner solutions they can trust, all certified and optimised to run on Azure." He continued, "We are happy to welcome Virsae's VSM for Microsoft Teams solution to the growing Azure Marketplace ecosystem."

The Azure Marketplace is a well-known online platform where companies seeking innovative cloud-based solutions can connect with partners who have developed ready-to-use solutions. It is known for its trustworthiness and ease of access, enabling buyers and sellers of cloud solutions that are certified to run on Azure.

Virsae's solution can be found on its product page within the Azure Marketplace, ready for customers worldwide to discover, purchase, and deploy.
