Westpac, Foxtel, and Chartered Accountants A/NZ scoop Adobe awards
Westpac, Foxtel, and Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand have scooped awards at the 2020 Adobe Experience Maker Awards.
Adobe announced its global winners this week, with three of the total 14 gongs worldwide being awarded to companies in Australia and New Zealand.
The awards celebrate the exceptional individuals, teams and companies who are delighting their customers and driving true business impact.
Local 2020 winners include Foxtel (in partnership with HELIUM), Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, and Westpac.
"Congratulations to our three excellent local winners in the global 2020 Adobe Experience Maker Awards. We are delighted that Australian and New Zealand companies have been awarded more than 20 percent of the total global prize pool," says Suzanne Steele, Adobe managing director for Australia and New Zealand.

Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand was named the winner of the Analyzer Award.
"Chartered Accountants mastered the art and science of data-driven decision making to delight customers with an exceptional digital experience," said Adobe.
"The organisation utilised Adobe Experience Cloud applications, including Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics and Advertising Cloud to make process improvements and updates to their digital properties. In just a short time, Chartered Accountants has seen growth in conversion rates for their online store, YoY growth in site interactions and a reduction in cost per page view."
Foxtel, who was nominated by HELIUM, took home the Advocate Award.
"With new competitors entering the streaming market every day, companies looking to rise above the competition will need to embrace a customer-first approach to digital transformation," Adobe said.
"To stand out among the growing list of Australian streaming providers, Foxtel leaned on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target to personalise the customer experience at scale."
Since November 2018, Foxtel delivered more than 200 personalisation campaigns that contributed 13% in incremental sales.
Westpac was named the winner of the Architect Award.
"As Australia's first bank and oldest business, Westpac has seen tremendous growth in the last 200 years. To continue to serve the needs of its customers, Westpac leveraged Adobe Experience Cloud applications to reinvent its personalisation approach to deliver engaging and relevant content to customers in real-time on multiple channels across three of their brands," Adobe said.
"They are leveraging Adobe Experience Manager for content consistency and delivery, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager to segment and personalise the customer experience and Adobe Analytics to track and measure their campaigns. Since reinventing their content strategy, Westpac has seen an increase in digital sales and customer satisfaction."
