Avetta adds Epigroup, Unimarket & Wakata partnerships

Avetta has partnered with Epigroup, Unimarket and Wakata, adding three companies to its supply-chain partner network.

The agreements span safety consulting, procurement software and field operations management, broadening the support available to clients and suppliers in higher-risk industries.

Perth-based Epigroup focuses on workplace safety services, including psychosocial risk, technical safety staffing and digital tools designed to improve workplace culture and frontline safety practices.

Under the partnership, Avetta and Epigroup will work on a more people-focused approach to safety oversight. This includes supporting customers managing psychosocial risk and strengthening safety culture across contractor and supplier environments.

Another agreement brings Unimarket into Avetta's network. Unimarket provides source-to-pay software, now integrated with Avetta so procurement teams can access supplier readiness, risk and compliance information within sourcing and buying workflows.

The integration brings verified supplier data closer to purchasing decisions, linking procurement activity with contractor and supplier checks that are often handled in separate systems. For organisations with large supplier bases, that could affect how quickly they assess vendors and move contracts forward.

Wakata, the third new partner, focuses on compliance and governance in field operations. Its work includes worker assessments and the management of plant and equipment, areas tied closely to day-to-day activity on worksites and in operational settings.

Through the partnership, Avetta's compliance processes will be linked more directly with field-level oversight. The companies said this would create a more connected approach to contractor compliance, worker readiness, assessments and asset management.

That reflects a broader shift among companies seeking to combine procurement, compliance and operational monitoring rather than treat them as stand-alone functions. In sectors such as construction, energy, mining and industrial services, the strength of those links can shape both risk control and the speed at which work is approved to begin.

The three partnerships show how supplier management platforms are expanding beyond prequalification and documentation checks into adjacent areas such as procurement integration, workforce assessment and field asset oversight. Companies buying these services increasingly want a single view of supplier readiness that extends from onboarding to activity on site.

Avetta serves more than 360,000 businesses in over 120 countries. Its platform covers compliance, prequalification, safety and performance benchmarking, giving it a large installed base from which to add partners and integrations.

For Unimarket, the relationship offers a route into organisations looking to embed risk and compliance checks inside purchasing processes rather than run them in parallel. For Epigroup and Wakata, it links advisory and operational tools to a broader network of hiring clients and contractors already using Avetta.

Wakata's role in the partnership points to growing attention on what happens after supplier approval. Many businesses now want evidence that approved contractors, individual workers and equipment in the field remain aligned with the standards set during onboarding and procurement.
