DNX Solutions names Rebecca Sebastian national sales lead
DNX Solutions has appointed Rebecca Sebastian as National Sales Manager for Australia as the company targets further expansion in the enterprise segment.
Sebastian joins DNX after four years at KPMG Australia. DNX said she brings more than two decades of senior sales leadership experience across technology organisations and professional services firms.
The company said the role forms part of its growth plans across Australia. DNX described a focus on expanding its enterprise customer base. It also pointed to long-term customer outcomes as a priority.
Sales leadership
DNX said Sebastian has more than 25 years' experience in sales leadership across technology, telecommunications and professional services. It said she has led teams responsible for national growth, strategic accounts and complex enterprise engagements.
Before KPMG Australia, Sebastian held senior sales leadership roles at Microsoft. DNX said she led specialist enterprise sales teams. It said she worked on growing Dynamics CRM and ERP revenue across Australia. Prior to joining DNX Solutions, Rebecca also held senior sales leadership roles at Microsoft, where she was responsible for leading specialist enterprise sales teams, growing Dynamics CRM and ERP revenue across Australia, and driving partner-led growth through the Microsoft channel ecosystem.
DNX outlined a set of outcomes from Sebastian's career at Microsoft and KPMG. It said she drove sustained revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market segments. It linked that work to leading national sales and partner teams.
The company also said she supported large customer engagements. It said she strengthened pursuit discipline across major deals. It said she improved outcomes across those deals.
DNX also said Sebastian built and mentored sales teams. It said she focused on lifting capability, confidence and consistency across sales functions.
Enterprise focus
DNX said Sebastian will work with delivery, security and modernisation teams. It said that work will cover customer engagements across stages of transformation programmes.
DNX also linked the appointment to scaling its national business. It said its customer priorities include secure platforms and clearer outcomes. It also described technology as part of long-term business growth.
DNX Chief Executive Officer Helder Klemp described the hire as a step aligned with growth plans.
