HireVue appoints Natalie Dopp as CPO
HireVue, the global leader in video interviewing, assessments, and text-enabled recruiting tools, has announced the appointment of Natalie Dopp as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). Dopp, who has over 25 years of experience in human resources, will be responsible for creating inclusive workplaces and scaling the company's global operations as it expands in key regions around the world.
HireVue CEO, Anthony A. Reynolds, explained that "a CPO is critical for us as we continue making HireVue a top place to work for our growing teams around the world." He believes that Dopp's experience brings tremendous value to the team, as well as to customers who can rest assured knowing HireVue's strategies are being influenced by a peer who's actively using the platform to solve the same problems they're facing in the labor market.
Dopp is excited to join an organization with such a positive culture, stating that it will allow her and her team to focus primarily on scalability and how they can become even more operationally excellent. "HireVue has been a market leader since its inception, working with some of the biggest and most innovative companies around the globe," she said. "I'm looking forward to all of the great opportunities I'll have to collaborate with the forward-thinking CHROs, CPOs, and talent leaders who we are lucky to support as customers."
HireVue's mission is to connect talent to opportunity, and its reputation as a category creator in hiring was a major factor in Dopp's decision to join the organization. She hopes to expand on the company's already significant environmental, social, and governance programs, while also engineering a globally scalable people function.
Dopp's most recent role was at Integrate, where she led the HR team through the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. During her tenure, the team created impactful people programs to support business strategy, ultimately leading to a successful private equity acquisition. Before that, she implemented the foundation of the HR function at LifeLock, where she positioned her team as business partners who helped shape the strategic direction of the company pre-IPO.
With HireVue's industry-leading end-to-end hiring platform that features video interviewing, assessments, and conversational AI, the company has hosted more than 35 million video interviews and 200 million chat-based candidate engagements for over 850 pioneering customers around the globe.
