SnapLogic joins forces with Amazon Web Services for strategic collaboration
SnapLogic today confirms its Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This venture is part of the organisation's strategic plan to advance the adoption of generative integration globally.
Earlier this year, SnapLogic unveiled SnapGPT, a groundbreaking generative integration solution that utilises both proprietary and open-source artificial intelligence. Subsequently, it incorporated support for Anthropics' Claude 2, a market-leading Large Language Model (LLM), via Amazon Bedrock, aiding customers in acquiring the most up-to-date LLMs.
SnapGPT enables customers to expedite the development of new integration pipelines, immediate documentation of new or existing ones, the creation of sample data, SQL queries, mappings and more by utilising natural language prompts. Hence, SnapLogic extends its assistance to customers by automating complex tasks, enabling the transformation and transportation of petabytes of data, and connecting hundreds of applications without the need for coding.
"We're taking another major step in giving organisations the ability to choose generative integration solutions that harness the scale and security AWS inherently provides.", stated Jason Wakeam, VP Partner Sales and OEM at SnapLogic. He adds that the collaboration provides customers with the opportunity to benefit from turnkey data management and integration solutions that best relate to their business needs.
This endeavour is also set to expand SnapLogic's low-code platform, which enables companies to connect any data source and application swiftly and with fewer technical users. A prime example of its efficacy is Cooperative Benefits Group (CBG), a startup that set up its IT infrastructure in a mere four months using SnapLogic's platform. This allowed them to achieve a feat, which would usually take a much larger team 18 months, in just a quarter of the time, consequently meeting rigorous deadlines and launching successfully.
"SnapLogic has been with us from the beginning, and played a crucial role in helping us grow our company's success that we see today," said Mark Fowler, CIO at CBG. He also expressed enthusiasm about the partnership between SnapLogic and AWS.
Mona Chadha, Director, Infrastructure Partnerships at AWS, offered her comment saying, "Together, we aim to deliver innovative, cloud-native generative integration solutions that drive business agility and help organisations thrive in an increasingly data-driven world."
The collaboration reinforces the value of SnapLogic and AWS in providing flexibility and increased business value for customers across various industries. Accessibility to SnapLogic is also simplified via AWS Marketplace, allowing for a smooth customer onboarding process for Amazon Redshift, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Simple Queue Service (Amazon SQS), and Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS).
